1.4 International Shipping:

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 14 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2.2 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team in Contact Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number on the return package.

2.3 Refund or Exchange:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped promptly.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2.5 Non-Returnable Items:
